  12.     I have a 1541 w/ JiffyDos that I use as my  main disk drive.  Most of 
  13. the time, the only disk I use is my Novaterm 9.5 disk (reg).  Suddenly, in 
  14. the middle of a call, the disk drive starts whirring and the red light 
  15. goes on.  It just stayed on.  So, I turned off the drive, and waited, 
  16. then turned it back on.  Same thing.  So I just decided to turn it off, 
  17. cuz I didnt need it.  The next day, I turned it on, and the same  thing 
  18. occured, except the red light started blinking (slower than an error 
  19. blink) and it kept whirring.  I flicked it on and off quickly, but the 
  20. same thing happened.  I decided to leave it on, and eventually it 
  21. stopped.  Or so I thought.  It started up again.  So I turned it off and 
  22. waited some more...FINALLY it stopped, and I put a disk in, and tried a 
  23. @:$ but it said error 21 (etc.) I turned it off, and then on again, and 
  24. the lights went VERY dim..and the red and green lights started flashing 
  25. together very fast....then occaisionally getting bright for a 
  26. sec...basically, I just wait til it stops, or pull out all the wires from 
  27. the back and just leave the power cord in and turn it on.  Whats going 
  28. on? I have also burned out 2 power supplies for my 64C...So I took out my 
  29. cart expander and am just pulling and pushing carts in and out (I know 
  30. this will eventually cause damage). So, can anyone help me and tell me 
  31. how to fix it, or whats even wrong??
